Nitisha gravitates toward founders with a deep personal connection to the problems they’re solving, focusing on helping them match their ambition with disciplined execution.

Previously, Nitisha was an investor at Matrix Partners India (now Z47), where she worked on frontier tech and industrial B2B. She began her career at McKinsey & Company, advising clients on strategy across the infrastructure, energy, and healthcare sectors.

Nitisha holds an MBA from The Wharton School, where she explored both operating and investing roles at a fast-growing manufacturing startup and a mid-market private equity fund. She is also a Chartered Accountant and completed her articleship with EY in statutory audit.

Outside of work, Nitisha enjoys classical dance, playing the keyboard, and calling bluffs at the poker table.
