KGS leads finance and operations at Nexus Venture Partners.

He has close to 30 years of diverse experience in finance and management. Immediately prior to joining Nexus, he spent approximately 15 years at Kotak Mahindra, a leading financial conglomerate in India, where he held leadership roles in Retail Finance, Asset Reconstruction, and Capital Market Finance.

He also played a senior leadership role at Business Standard, overseeing Finance, Accounts, HR, Legal, and General Administration. His extensive experience spans across Audit, Risk, Financial Management, Governance, and Strategy, reflecting his broad expertise in these critical areas. His career began with Ashok Leyland Finance in 1995, shortly after he completed his qualifications.

KGS holds a Commerce degree, and is a Chartered Accountant, a Cost Accountant, and a qualified Lawyer.
