PubMatic Promotes Jeanne Houweling to Chief Revenue Officer and Andrew Rutledge to GM and VP of Publisher Development

PubMatic, which provides online publishers — including the majority of the comScore Top 10 — with the technology and services to significantly increase revenue and better manage their advertising inventory, today announces two promotions to newly created positions: Jeanne Houweling becomes Chief Revenue Officer overseeing all revenue operations, from Vice President of Demand Partner Solutions; and Andrew Rutledge has been promoted to General Manager and Vice President of Publisher Development, from Vice President of Publisher Sales.

Ms. Houweling was one of PubMatic’s early employees, joining the company in 2008. Most recently, as Vice President of Demand Partner Solutions, Ms. Houweling has been responsible for leading PubMatic’s ad network and Demand Side Platform (DSP) relationships. In this capacity, she led a team responsible for making premium media and audiences available to hundreds of high quality ad network and DSPs around the globe, including via Real-Time Bidding. Earlier, Ms. Houweling held leadership roles in sales and business development both in the US and Europe at various companies, including Excite@Home and Microsoft.

As Vice President of Publisher Sales for PubMatic and head of its New York office, Mr. Rutledge oversaw all global sales initiatives with large-scale, premium publishers. Mr. Rutledge came to PubMatic in 2009 from Google/DoubleClick where he was Director of DoubleClick’s agency and advertiser sales, responsible for 300+ agency and marketer clients and $75 million in technology revenue. Over his tenure at DoubleClick, Mr. Rutledge held several management roles including, Vice President, National Marketer Sales and Regional Director of UK and Northern Europe overseeing all agency and publisher relationships.
