Saniya is a Principal of Corporate Development at Nexus, where she advises portfolio companies on strategic transactions, including M&A, capital raising, and inorganic growth.

She brings over a decade of experience in corporate development, investment banking, and startup operations.

Prior to joining Nexus, Saniya was a Senior Director of Corporate Development at Innovaccer, where she was instrumental in the company’s growth from $20M to $200M ARR. She built the company’s M&A playbook and led several key acquisitions. Before Innovaccer, she helped expand the technology investment banking practice at Avendus Capital in India & the U.S. 

Saniya holds an MBA from the Indian Institute of Management, Ahmedabad, and a Bachelor’s degree in CS from VIT, Vellore.
